Your license

Duty Book is licensed to you for personal use on devices you own or control, under Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store applications, together with these terms.

Your records

Your documents are yours. They are stored on your device and we have no copy and no access. You are responsible for keeping a backup, whether through Apple iCloud or an encrypted archive you export. Because we hold nothing, we cannot recover a lost or wiped device, and there is no password reset.

You are responsible for what you put in the app and for handling your own records in line with any rules that apply to you.

Estimates and published rates

Figures shown in the PCS module are estimates built from published rates, with the source and last verified date shown for each. They are not a determination of pay or entitlement. Your finance office issues the final figure, and where an estimate and an official source disagree, the official source governs.

Purchases

The unlock is a one time purchase processed by Apple and tied to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

No warranty

Duty Book is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost records, missed deadlines, or any decision made on the basis of an estimate shown in the app.

Affiliation

Duty Book is an independent commercial application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. armed forces. References to records systems and published rates are for identification only.
